nThis host company specialises in providing automated accounting software solutions for accountants, administrators and financial advisors to help stay on top of tasks, reporting and management of portfolios. n
Tasks:

Work alongside ITSM team in providing fundamental tasks of IT Support
n
Assist in the onboarding of new team members
n
Resolve issues related to hardware, software and systems access company-wide
n
Research, analyse, test tool sets according to current processes and ITIL methodologies
n

nRequirements
About You:
n
n
n
Final year student or graduate of Computer Science/IT related field
n
Good understanding of software development
n
Basic knowledge of ITIL Processes
n
Robust interest in coding and willingness to learn
n
Good team-player
n
Commitment to work 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
