MUFG Pension & Market Services is looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our Employee Share Plans team in Sydney.
n
Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, you'll act as a trusted point of contact, building strong relationships and working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful Employee Share Plans.
n
This is an opportunity for an experienced relationship management professional to develop specialist expertise in Employee Share Plans while working with recognised corporate clients as part of a global organisation.

About the Role
n
You'll take ownership of a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a key point of contact and building strong, long-term relationships.
n
This is a varied role combining relationship management, client service, commercial awareness and operational delivery. You'll work closely with clients and internal specialists to coordinate Employee Share Plan activities, resolve issues, deliver high-quality service and identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.
n
You'll manage competing priorities and client expectations with a high degree of ownership, ensuring commitments are delivered and issues are proactively addressed.
n
What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced relationship management qualified who is confident managing corporate or business clients and navigating a range of stakeholder relationships.
n
You'll bring:

Experience managing a portfolio of corporate or business clients.
n




Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client issues and challenges.
n
Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand client needs.
n
High emotional intelligence and a customer-focused approach.
n
Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
Confidence working with technical information, processes and systems.
n
The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.

A hands-on approach and commitment to delivering a high standard of client service.

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

Financial Services
n
Employee Share Plans
n
Share Registry or Issuer Services
n
Corporate Trust
n
Banking, Wealth Management or Stockbroking
n
Funds Management or Superannuation
n
Other client-facing roles within regulated or technical environments
