THE POSITION

Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
n
Monday and Tuesday 6.30 am to 2.30pm (possibility for additional hours)
n
Short order cooking
n
Adhere to food and safety regulations
n
Always uphold the fantastic customer focus, responding to feedback positively and proactively
n
Cleaning,



temperature recording and allergy recording
n

THE PERSON
n
n
Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
n
Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
n
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
n
Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
n
