We're currently seeking an experienced, energetic and well-presented casual Barista All-Rounder to join our incredible team at Strathfield Golf Club, part of The Fresh Collective's diverse range of venues.
n
The Kiosk operates seven days a week from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, while the Bistro is open daily for lunch and dinner.
Availability to start at 6:15 am and work until 3:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday availability

Additional Bistro and event shifts based on availability and skills

The Role
n
n
Prepare high-volume coffees to a consistently high standard
n
Produce consistent and strong latte art
n




Manage the barista station autonomously while working as part of a team
n
Deliver exceptional customer service to regular club members and guests
n
Accurately take orders and process payments for food and beverages
n
Keep the work area clean, organised and well stocked
n
Assist in the Bistro and with onsite functions and events as required
n
Complete basic food preparation when required
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
A minimum of six months' barista experience
n
Strong coffee-making and latte art skills
n
Availability to start at 6:15 am and work until 3:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday availability
n
Quick, efficient and confident working in a busy environment
n
Well presented with a strong work ethic
n
Ability to assist with stocktakes, ordering and stock rotation
n
A current NSW RSA
n
Valid Australian working rights
n
Ability to commit to the role for at least six months
n
