About the role
n Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is a hands‐on customer service and sales role focused on delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction. Our purpose as a team is simple: provide value, reliability, and flexibility to every customer, every time.
n As the frontline of our business, you'll be the friendly face at the trade counter, the helpful voice on the phone, and the professional reply via email — ensuring customers get the right products on time and in full.

Duties

Helping customers at the counter, over the phone, and via email
n
Preparing quotes and guiding customers to the right products (training provided)
n
Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers
n
Keeping the branch organised, stocked, and looking excellent
n
Pitching in across the team to keep things running smoothly
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n n
nYou don't need electrical experience — just the right attitude and a passion for helping peoplen
n n
n
n
Experience in trade sales, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role
n
A natural problem solver who enjoys finding solutions
n
Comfortable with tech and familiar with Microsoft Office
n
Positive, energetic, and team-oriented
n
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
n
