Responsibilities
n
Leading the project team into delivery in an agile setting to manage and deliver project scope within budget.
n Ensure project phases completes on time and on budget
n Managing Scrum team, managing the backlog, sprint planning
n Running daily team huddles
n Coordinating releases
n Delegating stories to team members
n Managing defects
n Working knowledge of Agile Scrum, delivery across multiple scrum teams
n Coordinating with other project and technology teams for example to align data requirements
n
Skills
n
Must have
n
4+ years experience as
scrum master/project manager
n Understanding of
Capital Markets
is a must
n Managed projects for the last 4+ years in an
agile delivery
methodology
n Excellent




communication
skills
n Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Able to investigate, analyse and troubleshoot tasks.
n Some
technical background
and willingness/attitude to look at technical detail if required
n
Nice to have
n
Understanding of
financial products
in general and derivatives trading technology platforms in particular especially focused on
IRD, FXD and FI
asset classes.
n Familiarity with
data structures, SQL queries
and stored procedures.
