Your Mission is to lead a team of dedicated OTC consultants to deliver consistently outstanding service and advice on health and beauty. You'llmanage the roster, support and develop your team, and make sure your store is beautifully presented and well-stocked – because when your team thrives, your customers feel it.

Experience: Solid face-to-face retail and people management experience

Track Record: A history of delivering outstanding customer service and advice to a diverse range of customers

Details: This role runs on a rotating roster of approximately 38 hours per week and weekend availability is essential.
