What You'll Do

Drive store performance through sales targets, KPIs, and team development

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing, passionate, and energetic team

Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory, rostering, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment
n
Connect with the local fitness and active community through events, collaborations, and partnerships
n
Deliver a world-class customer experience that reflects the 2XU brand

What You'll Bring

Proven retail leadership experience, ideally with premium or performance brands
n
Genuine passion for health, fitness, and high-performance apparel
n
Confident,



hands-on leadership style with the ability to coach, inspire, and motivate your team

Track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

Solid operational skills in rostering, inventory management, and visual merchandising
