Key responsibilities
n
Plan, coordinate and oversee all office activities (HR, work health and Safety and admin staff) and all production activities to ensure targets are met on time and within budget
n
Manage production schedules and resource allocation to optimize downtime
n
Supervise and lead the production team, including recruiting training and performance management of staff
n
Monitor production quality standards and specifications, ensuring they are maintained and improved
n
Implement and maintain health and safety protocols across the production floor
n
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
n
Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports for directors
n
Manage all warehouse operations including receiving, storage and inventory control
n
Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records, minimizing inventory discrepancies
n
Ensure effective warehouse layout and material flow
n
Manage equipment maintenance schedules and oversee preventative maintenance programs
n
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as required
