nAbout the Rolen
nWe are seeking a full-time Cook to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a high standard, ensuring food safety and supporting the kitchen team in delivering an excellent dining experience.n

nKey responsibilities include:n
nPreparing ingredients for traditional Malaysian dishesn
nPreparing meats and vegetables, including marinating meatsn
nChecking the freshness and quality of food and vegetablesn
nDeep-frying, frying, stir-frying, steaming, grilling and boiling food in accordance with company recipesn
nMaintaining consistent taste, quality and presentationn




nWorking collaboratively with other kitchen staffn
nMaintaining a clean, hygienic and organised kitchenn
nMonitoring stock levels to ensure sufficient supplies are available for cookingn
n
nAbout Youn
nThe successful applicant will have:n
nA minimum of two years' relevant experience as a Cookn
nStrong knowledge of Asian cuisinen
nThe ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced restaurant environmentn
nGood communication and teamwork skillsn
nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as requiredn
nA relevant cookery or hospitality qualificationn

nWhat We Offern

nA salary of $80,000–$85,000 per annum plus superannuationn
