We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused
Gaming Attendant
to join the team at Coomera Lodge Hotel.
n
This is a great opportunity for a hospitality professional who enjoys working with people, has strong gaming knowledge and is confident working across gaming, Keno, TAB and bar operations.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Provide friendly, attentive service to gaming patrons
n
Monitor and maintain the gaming room to a high standard
n
Assist guests with gaming-related enquiries
n
Operate and assist with Keno and TAB
n
Prepare and serve beverages and support bar operations
n
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
n
Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming gaming environment
n
Follow all responsible service, gaming regulations and venue procedures
n
Build positive rapport with guests and deliver great customer service
n
Support the wider Front of House team as required
n
What We're Looking For n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has previous experience working in a gaming environment
n
Holds a current QLD RSA and RSG or willing to obtain one.
n




Has previous bar experience
n
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Is reliable, responsible and professional
n
Can confidently work in a busy hospitality environment
n
Enjoys engaging with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
n
Is flexible and available across evenings, weekends, and late nights
n
Has valid Australian working rights
n
