The Opportunity

Manage a portfolio of SME, private and high-net-worth family group clients.
n
Review financial statements, income tax returns and complex compliance work.
n
Lead tax planning, structuring and commercially focused advisory engagements.
n
Manage workflow, WIP and team delivery.
n
Mentor and develop junior and intermediate accountants.
n
Build trusted, long-term relationships with key clients.
n
Collaborate with specialists across accounting and financial planning.
n
n
About You
n
n
5+ years' Australian public practice experience.
n
CA or CPA qualified.
n
Strong Business Services and Tax capability.
n
Experience reviewing work and managing client relationships.
n
Previous mentoring or team leadership exposure.
n
n
This role would suit an experienced Supervisor/Assistant Manager or existing Manager looking for greater flexibility, stronger earning potential and exposure to a genuinely high-quality private client base.
