JOB SUMMARY
n
n
Warmly greet and welcome guests as they arrive and depart W Sydney
n
Open and hold doors for all guests
n
Assist guests with luggage and/or direct Wheels Attendant accordingly
n
Manage the flow of vehicles, taxis, and valet services at the entrance
n
Monitor and report any suspicious or unusual activity to Security or Management
n
Provide guests with directions or basic information about the hotel and nearby attractions
n
Coordinate with Welcome Desk, Concierge, Wheels and Security to ensure smooth operations
n
Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe entrance area including Ground Floor seating area
n
Assist with special requests or VIP guests as needed
n
Represent W Sydney by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and great hospitality at all times
n
Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.

Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and ethical standards at all times.
n
Ensure all guest requests and inquiries are logged and followed up in a timely and skilled manner.
