Driverecruitmentstrategiesfocusedonattractingsuitablyskilledandappropriatelyverifiedcandidates
Overseecandidatescreening,employmenthistoryverification,skillsandexperienceassessmentsandrecruitmentcompliance
Manageend-to-endrecruitment,onboardingandworkforcemobilisation
Supportrecruitmentofinternationalcandidatesandmanagesponsorshipandvisa-relateddocumentationforeligibleemployees
Partnerwithoperationalleaderstoidentifyworkforceneedsandbuildfuturetalentpipelines
Maintainstrongrelationshipswithlabourhireprovidersandrecruitmentsuppliers
Manageonboardingprocessesandensurenewemployeesareappropriatelyintegratedintothebusiness
Provideadviceonemployeerelations,performancemanagement,investigations,disciplinarymattersandgrievances
InterpretandapplyAustralianemploymentlegislation,ModernAwards,EnterpriseAgreementsandinternalpolicies
Monitorrecruitmentperformance,workforcedataandHRmetrics
