Qualified Search Group (PSG) is currently looking for an experienced
Python Developer
to help design, build, and scale the services that power its AI-driven video analytics platform. Working closely with AI and machine learning teams, you'll play a key role in architecting production systems, deploying ML models, and driving technical excellence across the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python
n
Own architectural decisions around performance, reliability, and scalability
n
Develop and optimise PostgreSQL/MySQL databases
n
Deploy and operate containerised services using Docker
n
Work alongside AI engineers to productionise machine learning models
n
Mentor engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
n
n
What We're Looking For




n
n
5 years' backend software engineering experience
n
Strong Python development skills
n
Experience designing and operating production systems
n
Strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
n
Experience with Docker and containerised environments
n
Exposure to deploying ML models into production
n
Collaborative mindset with strong mentoring capabilities
n
n
