About Astra

Astra is voco Gosford's rooftop restaurant and bar - Japanese-inspired cuisine, sweeping views over Brisbane Water, and a growing reputation as one of the Central Coast's best dining experiences. We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who can lead the floor and make every service feel effortless.
The Role
n
As Restaurant Supervisor, you'll support the Venue Manager and Assistant Manager on the floor at Astra, set the tone for the guest experience, and make sure every table gets the high-end treatment it deserves. You'll coach and support the team around you, and there's real scope to grow into a broader Food & Beverage leadership role as you do.
What you'll actually be doing

Lead service on the floor at Astra, shift after shift
n
Set the tone for a warm, polished and genuinely memorable guest experience
n
Coach, support the restaurant team
n
Handle bookings,



guest requests and the occasional curveball with a level head
n
Work hand-in-hand with our kitchen and bar teams to keep service seamless
n
Uphold high-end service standards at every table, every time
n
What you'll bring
n

Experience supervising or leading a team in a high-end restaurant or hotel dining venue
n
A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
n
Current RSA
n
The confidence to lead a team and the warmth to make every guest feel looked after
n
