As the Account Manager, you will manage an existing portfolio of Service Providers (Telecommunications) both high profile and smaller customers. Reporting to a supportive and consultative manager you will have the operational support and resources to assist you to deliver results.

In the role, you will:
n
n
Effectively manage the engagement and performance of each customer within the portfolio
n
Optimize the full value of each customer to deliver profitable growth
n
Formulate and execute account management strategies to strengthen business relationships with customers and secure key projects
n




Analyse the market and deliver market intelligence to senior management to classify current and future business opportunities
n
Management of high-profile key stakeholders
n
Work with the Internal Sales Support team, Project team, and Management to deliver service offerings and tender proposals
n
Work with the National Market Manager to develop annual and multi-year sales plans
n

nRequirements n
n
Proven Account Management experience in a business-to-business market
n
Solutions selling experience with an ability to create value propositions that strengthen business relationships
n
Skilled experience with complex solution sales and commercial responsibilities
n
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with an ability to manage multiple business relationships whilst liaising from C suite to contractor level.
n
Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
n
Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge
n
n
