Venue Manager
to lead the team, drive performance and keep the good times rolling.

. A favourite with locals and tourists alike, it's a fast-paced, high-energy venue built around great music, great people and memorable nights out.

This opportunity would be perfect for a strong
Assistant Venue Manager ready to step up
, or an experienced Venue Manager who loves being hands-on, leading from the floor and building a positive, high-performing team culture.
What's on offer n

$85,000-$95,000 + super
n
Performance bonus of up to $44,000 per year, paid quarterly
n

What we're looking for n
You'll be a genuine
people person, team player and driver of the business
.



You'll be comfortable taking ownership while remaining highly visible and involved in the day-to-day operation.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Strong hospitality management experience, ideally within a busy bar, pub or late-night venue
n
The ability to
lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
n
A strong presence on the floor during peak service periods, including
late nights and weekends
n
Commercial thinking and the ability to generate
revenue-building ideas across all aspects of the business
n
Experience writing and controlling effective rosters and managing labour costs
n
Confidence with stocktakes and investigating stock loss and variances
n
Robust operational and financial understanding
n
A hands-on, energetic leadership style with a genuine focus on people and culture
n
A current
RMLV and Approved Manager licence
, or the ability to obtain them
n
