nWith projects currently exceeding expectations, they need a proactive skilled to ensure that every build is executed with precision-from scheduling works to ordering materials as required. n
nThis role begins as a work-from-home position, offering the flexibility to manage your day effectively before transitioning to a hybrid model n

Key Responsibilities:

Project Scheduling:
Develop and maintain detailed schedules for construction projects, ensuring each build is completed on time and within budget.

Material Coordination:
Order and manage materials to keep projects progressing without delay.
n
n
System Expertise:
Utilise Onsite Companion efficiently (minimum 2 years' experience required) to streamline operations and enhance communication.
n
n
Problem Solving:
Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure projects remain on track.
n
n
Technical Proficiency:




Use Microsoft Office and related software to manage project data and communications effectively.
n

Candidate Profile:

Experience:
A minimum of 5 years in the construction industry, with at least 2 years' direct experience using Onsite Companion
n

Tech Savvy:
Must be highly computer literate and proficient with Microsoft systems and other required software
n

Problem Solver:
Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to overcome challenges efficiently

Based in South East Queensland

Availability:
Immediate availability is preferred-the right candidate can start immediately
