#### APS3 Participant Support OfficerSouth Hedland, WA ****Full Time#### Job descriptionMake a difference in your local community | Multiple Roles across WA and NT | $***** per hour + super Hays Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading Federal Government agency to recruit an APS3 Participant Support Officer.Locations includeNT - Alice Springs and KatherineWA - Karratha, Joondalup, Kununurra, Carnarvon and South HedlandThis is an exciting opportunity to join an organisation that supports Australians living with disabilities while developing your skills in customer service, administration, case management and operational support.Why Apply?$***** per hour + Super12-month contractHybrid working arrangements availableFull training providedMeaningful work supporting Australians living with disabilityAbout the Role As an APS3 Participant Support Officer, you will:Deliver high-quality customer service and support to participants, families and stakeholders through a range of enquiries and interactions.Manage multiple tasks and workflows, including case management and administrative activities.Identify participant needs, investigate issues and contribute to practical solutions and positive outcomes.Build and maintain effective relationships with participants, colleagues and external stakeholders.Prepare and maintain accurate records,



documentation and correspondence in line with policy and procedures.Support front-of-house operations, including responding to walk-in enquiries and directing participants to appropriate services.Work with people from diverse backgrounds, including people with disability and First Nations communities.Adapt to changing priorities and participant needs in a fast-paced environment.Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture while maintaining a positive attitude towards people with disability.About YouStrong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.Understanding of NDIA and the disability sectorKnowledge of confidentiality, privacy and handling sensitive to understand and support the participant journey.Proficient in Microsoft OfficeYou'll be a robust communicator with a customer-focused mindset, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.RequirementsAustralian Citizenship is essential.Ability to obtain and maintain required Federal Government clearances.Interested?
