From thoughtfully setting up beautiful spaces to ensuring a smooth and efficient pack down, your attention to detail and collaborative spirit will contribute to truly memorable experiences. What you'll be doing n
n
Prepare and dismantle event spaces with care, ensuring all furnishings and equipment are positioned correctly.
n
Support the delivery, placement, and installation of event elements and décor.
n
Execute setups precisely in line with client briefs and design specifications.
n
Maintain a tidy, organised, and safe work environment at all times.
n
Deliver exceptional service and assistance to clients and guests throughout the event experience.
n
What We're Looking For: n

Proven experience in event setup, hospitality,



or a similar operational support role.
n
A keen eye for detail and the ability to confidently follow event briefs and instructions.
n
Outstanding communication skills with a commitment to exceptional client service.
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently when required.
n
A positive, dependable, and proactive attitude towards all tasks.
n
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
n
A valid driver's licence is highly regarded and considered a strong asset.
