What You'll Be Doing:
n
Leading, mentoring, and motivating a passionate team to deliver exceptional service every day.
n
Taking ownership of the day-to-day operations of the café — from rostering and wage/stock control to running smooth shifts and creating great customer experiences.
n
Leading staff training, supporting team development, and encouraging growth and positivity within the team.
n
Keeping an eye on food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and consistency.
n
Bringing fresh ideas to improve systems, service, and sales.
n
Creating a positive team culture where people know what's expected and are supported to do their best.
n
What We're Looking For:
n
Minimum 2 years' experience as a café or hospitality manager.
n
Hands-on food preparation experience and a positive understanding of food preparation, presentation, portioning, and kitchen/café standards.

A very strong eye for detail — you notice when something isn't quite right and take action to fix it.
n
A people-focused leader who builds strong, happy teams.
n
A true passion for customer service — you know that creating memorable experiences is what keeps people coming back.
n
Organised, reliable, and commercially minded, with an understanding of costs and profitability. Previous experience meeting KPI targets and tracking numbers is preferred.
