Job Description
Wrapmasters Australia is seeking an experienced Signwriter and Paint Protection Film Installer to join our Commercial Wrap team.

We specialise in commercial vehicle branding, fleet graphics, vinyl wraps, decals, building signage, paint protection film and automotive window tint.

Responsibilities

n
Install commercial vehicle graphics, vinyl lettering, decals, and full or partial wraps.
n
n
Install PPF on commercial and passenger vehicles.
n
n
Assist with automotive window-tint installation.
n
n
Prepare, measure and clean surfaces before installation.
n
n
Apply film to flat, curved, recessed and complex surfaces.
n
n
Produce and install building, fascia and shopfront signage.
n
n
Read artwork, layouts, measurements and job specifications.
n
n
Operate digital film and vinyl plotters.
n
n
Prepare pre-cut patterns using XPEL DAP or comparable software.
n
n
Trim and finish materials accurately.
n
n
Inspect and correct bubbles, creases, lifting edges and contamination.
n
n
Complete workshop and in office projects safely and on time.
n

Skills and experience
n
n
n




Practical signwriting or graphic-installation experience.
n
n
Commercial vehicle wrapping and fleet-graphics experience.
n
n
PPF installation experience.
n
n
Strong measuring, cutting, trimming and finishing skills.
n
n
Experience operating digital plotters and pattern software.
n
n
Excellent attention to detail and quality workmanship.
n
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
n
Experience with XPEL, automotive window tint, large-format graphics, commercial fleets, trucks, machinery and shopfront signage will be highly regarded.
n
A Certificate III in Signs and Graphics or a comparable trade qualification is desirable but not essential where equivalent skills and experience can be demonstrated.
