Job Description
Tasks:

Engineering and manufacturing project management including liaison with internal and external stakeholders including overseas suppliers
n
Provide accurate manufacturing drawings and BOM specifications to Production Planner
n
Provide technical assistance to Sales, Production, Service, Procurement and Service workshop
n
Initiate Warranty Meetings to investigate warranty claims and provide the solution to the end-user and rectify / update drawings & specs
n
Initiate Brainstorming meets for stakeholders for the development of new products and continuous improvement, cost reduction, quality control of existing products
n
Manage the Innovation and Design development for all new and existing products and components
n
Create standard design, drawing, specs and BOMs for existing and new models
n




Innovate designs and repairs based on customer or project requirements
n
Development, implementation and maintenance of engineering related Quality Control and WHS policies, procedures and associated documentation
n
Control engineering processes for design, calculation, functionality, risk assessment, compliance and quality
n
Create user manuals and operating instructions
n
n
Requirements n
About You:
n
n
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
n
Experience in 2D/3D drafting and modelling (AutoCAD/Solid Works)
n
Robust computer literacy skills
n
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint)
n
