The Opportunity

As an
Assistant Store Manager at Starbucks
, you'll play a key leadership role in bringing the Starbucks Experience to life. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead store operations, develop a high performing team, and create a welcoming third place for customers and communities.

Job Description n
To be a Starbucks Assistant Store Manager
n
We'd love to hear from people who have:
n
n
A minimum of
two years' progressively responsible experience
, including at least one year in a customer facing role
n
Strong
organisational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
n
The ability to
lead effectively in a fast paced environment
n
Previous experience in
store leadership roles
, ideally within the hospitality or quick service restaurant sector
n
Experience supporting
store operations
and contributing to
financial performance
n
Exposure to
rostering, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L;) reports
n
A proven ability to
develop teams
and foster a
positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment
n
