Mercy Community is looking for a Lifestyle Facilitator to inspire joy, creativity, and meaningful experiences in the daily lives of our residents. This
is a permanent full-time
role based at our
Residential Aged Care Facility
in
Nudgee
.
What you'll be doing:
Getting to know each resident and tailoring activities to their unique skills, interests, and goals
Facilitating engaging group programs as well as personalised one-on-one activities
Contributing to the design of monthly lifestyle calendars in partnership with the Facility Manager
Recording and reviewing outcomes to continually improve the program's impact
What you'll bring:
Certificate III in Aged Care (with Lifestyle Program experience) OR Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle
A current First Aid certificate
Experience in a similar role – aged care experience highly regarded
A Queensland Provisional Green or higher Driver Licence
Most importantly – a passion for making every day meaningful for others
