to help customers find the perfect camper for their lifestyle.n

About the Role
n
nAs a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of Maverick Campers, guiding customers from first enquiry through to handover. You'll play a key role in driving sales while ensuring every customer has a professional and enjoyable buying experience.n
Key Responsibilities

Manage showroom and online enquiries
n
Qualify customers and recommend suitable caravan models
n
Present and demonstrate caravan features and inclusions
n
Convert leads into sales and meet monthly targets
n
Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot experience highly regarded)
n
Follow up all leads and deposits in a timely manner
n




Work with the production and admin teams to ensure smooth delivery
n
Assist with shows, events, and promotions when required
n

nRequirements
About You

Proven sales experience (caravans, campers, automotive, or retail preferred)
n
Strong closing skills and ability to build rapport quickly
n
Highly motivated and target-driven
n
Passion for camping, touring, or the outdoor lifestyle
n
Professional presentation and communication skills
n
Available to work weekends
