What You'll Be Doing
n
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll deliver clinical nursing care and support tailored to each client's individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:
n




•Delivering safe and effective nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines
n
•Administering medications and monitoring for reactions or side effects
n
•Performing wound care, vital signs monitoring, and catheter care as needed
n
•Assisting with chronic disease management and monitoring health conditions
n
•Collaborating with other health professionals to ensure a coordinated care approach
n
•Supporting clients with personal care and mobility where required
n
•Providing health education and promoting client independence
n
•Accurately documenting care, observations, and any changes in client condition
n
•Escalating concerns to the Registered Nurse or clinical lead as appropriate
n
•Building trusting relationships with clients, families, and carers
n

What We're Looking For
n
• Experienced candidates and new graduates encouraged to apply.
n
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week with possible increase in hours
n
•Flexibility to travel within the local area (Springwood to Mount Warren Park and surrounds) to support clients in their homes
n
• Available to cover all shifts, including night shifts
n
•Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
•A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
•Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
n
•Must have work rights in Australia
n
•Previous experience in community, aged care, or DVA nursing (highly regarded)
n
•A genuine passion for client-centered care and service excellence
n
•Excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail
n
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
•Availability to start immediately is highly regarded
n
