experienced mid-senior to senior-level engineering professionals
. These opportunities are suited to engineers with strong technical capability, proven project delivery experience, and the ability to operate effectively within regulated, safety-critical, and performance-driven environments.

This role is designed to encapsulate multiple engineering disciplines and may suit professionals with backgrounds in
Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, Process, Manufacturing, Mining, or Project Engineering
, across sectors such as infrastructure, resources, energy, construction, manufacturing, and utilities.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Lead or contribute to engineering projects from concept, design, and development through to execution and commissioning
n
Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex technical and operational challenges
n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including project managers, site teams, contractors, consultants, and clients
n
Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, statutory regulations, and WHS requirements
n
Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation
n
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, reliability,



and cost performance
n
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers and technical staff
n
Support project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management activities
n
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and regulatory authorities as required
n
n
Requirements
n
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, Industrial, or related discipline)
n
7–15+ years of relevant engineering experience
, depending on discipline and role scope
n
Proven experience working on complex engineering projects within infrastructure, mining, energy, construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments
n
Strong technical expertise within your engineering discipline
n
Familiarity with Australian Standards and regulatory frameworks
n
Robust problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
n
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) or RPEQ registration is advantageous
(role-dependent)
n
Proficiency with relevant engineering software, tools, and systems
n
