About The Role /n

We are looking for a reliable and safety-focused Mill Operator to join our team at our Toowoomba site.

/n

In this hands‑on role you will learn to operate mill equipment, produce quality products and help keep our production running safely and efficiently.

/n

Whether you have experience in manufacturing or are looking to start a new career, we will provide all the training and support you need. What You Will Be Doing /n

/n

- Operate and monitor mill production equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.

/n

- Assist in producing high‑quality products that meet customer specifications.

/n

- Monitor production processes and report any quality or equipment issues.

/n

- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.

/n

- Follow workplace health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.

/n

- Work collaboratively with the production team to achieve daily production targets.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

/n
