Your Role: /n

- Support the Store Manager in leading day-to-day operations

- Coach and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service

- Achieve and exceed store KPIs and budgets

- Ensure strong store presentation and visual merchandising

- Identify opportunities to drive sales and growth

About You: /n

- Minimum 1 year retail management experience

/n

- Experience leading a small team (2+)

/n

- Strong customer service and leadership skills

/n

- Analytical, commercially aware, and results-driven

- Passion for fashion and personal presentation
