Job Description
/n
- Play an important role in delivering exceptional front-of-house customer service and patient support within a busy clinic workplace.
/n

About the chance
/n
/n
- Manage patient bookings, appointment scheduling and reception services, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all clinic visitors.
/n
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation, process payments, respond to enquiries and support day-to-day clinic operations.
/n
- Liaise effectively with patients, students, clinicians and external stakeholders while providing administrative support for teaching and clinical activities.
/n
/n
About you
/n
/n
- Demonstrated administrative, reception or customer service experience, ideally within a healthcare, medical practice, allied health or clinic environment.
/n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, work independently and use sound judgment in a fast-paced setting.
/n
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and patient care.
/n
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while building positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
/n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, email systems, databases and administrative software.
/n
- Current National Police Clearance Certificate and current Working with Children Check.
/n
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required.
/n

Desirable Skills
/n
/n
- Experience using medical practice software (such as Genie or similar systems) alongside experience within a healthcare, clinic setting and coordinating appointment schedules will be highly regarded.
/n
/n
