We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to run our Custom Chef & Cook Shop concessions in Myer Miranda. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium department store environment.

What you’ll be doing /n

/n

- Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets

/n

- Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service

/n

- Managing stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards

/n

- Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members

/n

- Maintaining store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements

/n

- Ensuring a protected, compliant, and well‑presented concession environment

/n

About You /n

/n

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or concession leader in retail

/n





- Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results

/n

- Confident, hands‑on leader who leads by example

/n

- Passionate about kitchenware, cooking, and helping customers create amazing experiences

/n

- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail

/n

- Comfortable working in a department store/concession environment

/n

- Lead a premium kitchenware concession within Myer, part of a nationally recognised retail group

/n
