The F&B; Breakfast Expert is responsible for delivering an exceptional breakfast experience through attentive service, strong menu knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of luxury service.

Job description:

- Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.

/n

- Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.

/n

- Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.

/n

- Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness.

/n

- Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.

/n

- Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.

/n

- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.

/n

- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

About You:

- An up-to-date Victorian RSA

/n

- Relevant experience in a similar role

/n





- Barista skills highly regarded

/n

- Working rights in Australia

/n

- Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest
