Randstad is partnering with a leading financial institution to recruit an experienced Local Business Banker to drive growth across Hobart and the surrounding southern Tasmanian market.

The Role /n

In this dynamic position, you will build, acquire and maintain high-value relationships with small business clients. Balancing both home lending and business lending solutions, you will proactively expand your portfolio by leveraging internal branch channels and establishing a strong external network of local referral partners.

Key Responsibilities /n

- Deliver tailored home and business lending solutions to diverse small business clients.

- Build and nurture strong local networks to generate new business opportunities across Hobart.

- Work autonomously and flexibly to meet clients on the move while managing your pipeline efficiently.

- Utilise an accelerated onboarding program designed to build your role-specific confidence and capability from day one.

What You Bring /n

- Demonstrated background in Small Business Lending and Home Lending.

/n

- Proven track record of pipeline generation and business development within the financial sector.

/n

- Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with a passion for community engagement.

/n

- Strong business acumen, sharp presentation skills and high-level self-organisation.
