Casual Retail Professional - Harbour Town Factory Outlet, Gold Coast /n

We are seeking a passionate Retail Professional for our Harbour Town Factory Outlet in the Gold Coast, QLD on a CASUAL basis.

Key responsibilities: /n

/n

- Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.

/n

- Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations in a fast-paced selling environment.

/n

- The execution and maintenance of established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards.

/n

- Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store’s entire product offer is represented on the sales floor.

/n

- Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.

/n

Requirements: To be successful in your application, you will have a robust retail sales or customer service background with a proven track record of success. You will be motivated, energetic,



passionate about achievement and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

/n
