We’re looking for an experienced Store Manager to run our Custom Chef & Cook Shop concessions in Myer Shellharbour. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll drive sales, coach your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a premium department store setting.

What you’ll be doing

/n

Owning concession performance and achieving sales, profit, and KPI targets

/n

Leading, coaching, and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service

/n

Managing stock, visual merchandising, and concession presentation to brand standards

/n

Recruiting, inducting, and developing team members

/n

Maintaining store administration, rosters, and reporting requirements

/n

Ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-presented concession environment

/n

About You

/n

Proven experience as a Store Manager or concession leader in retail

/n





Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and results

/n

Confident, hands‑on leader who leads by example

/n

Passionate about kitchenware, cooking, and helping customers create amazing experiences

/n

Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail

/n

Comfortable working in a department store/concession environment

/n

Lead a premium kitchenware concession within Myer, part of a nationally recognised retail group

/n
