We're a fast-growing, dynamic restaurant group with a genuine passion for hospitality. We are looking for two hands-on Shift Supervisors to lead our team at the new Kallangur restaurant , delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a positive, high-performing culture.

The Role /n

As Shift Supervisor , you'll play a hands-on leadership role ensuring smooth, high-quality daily operations, including:

- Leading shifts and motivating team performance

/n

- Delivering outstanding customer service and guest experiences

/n

- Overseeing food preparation, service standards, and product quality

/n

- Maintaining food safety, hygiene,



and compliance

/n

- Managing inventory, stock, and ordering

/n

- Ensuring a clean, organized, and high-standard venue

/n

- Handling customer issues confidently and professionally

/n

- Supporting team training, culture, and operational success

/n

- Assisting with marketing and promotional initiatives

/n

/n

You'll set the tone on shift , inspire your team, and make the Kallangur launch a success from day one.

What We're Looking For /n

- 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory role within hospitality

/n

- Strong leadership and communication skills

/n

- Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service

/n

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume workplace

/n

- Positive, motivated, and solutions-focused attitude

/n

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

/n

- Current Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

/n

- Current RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)

/n
