Role Overview:

/n

The short order cook is responsible forsupporting the chefs in day to day operations within the kitchen as well as assistingin food preparation for in-venue and food trucks.

/n

Key Responsibilities:

/n

- Standard foodprep for in-venue and food trucks

/n

- Assist chefsin cooking and preparation of Breakfast and Lunch menus

/n

- Following anddemonstrating correct food safety practices

/n

- Opening/Closingthe kitchen and required equipment

/n

/n

Skills & Qualifications Required:

/n

/n





- Minimum 1year experience in a commercial kitchen

/n

- Current foodsafety certificate

/n

- Current Drivers Licence

/n
