About the role

As a Qualified Baker at Bakers Delight, you will be responsible for baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs, coaching and supporting the development of Apprentices and Bakers Assistants, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery, assisting with stock control and production expenses, and providing delightful customer service when required.

About you

- Have completed qualification in Baking

- Be a team player

- Be used to starting work early





- Be comfortable working in a busy production setting

- Take pride in producing high quality products
