They are now looking for a dedicated Onsite Property / Building Manager to join their innovative and dynamic lifestyle team.

Work onsite at like-new luxury buildings located in inner Brisbane, situated in a busy precinct close to shops and cafes.

The Assignment:

- Work in one of Brisbane's most desired suburbs
- End to End Management of 70 properties approximately




- Building Management for 2 x towers side by side
- Conduct Inspections, Liaise with owners & tenants & build lasting relationships!
- Easy-going body corporates with great established relationships

The Successful Candidate:

- Minimum of 2+ years of Property Management experience
- Experience in Body Corporate
- QLD Certificate of Registration
- Strong legislation knowledge
- High level of attention to detail
- Solid organisational skills
