Support Worker / Cleaner – Casual Position We are looking for a reliable, caring and hardworking Support Worker/Cleaner to join our team and provide support to NDIS participants. Duties include: * Domestic cleaning and household tasks * Vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning * Laundry and changing bed linen * Assisting participants with everyday household activities * Community access and shopping when required * Providing respectful and person-centred support * Following participant care plans and workplace procedures Requirements: * Previous cleaning or support work experience preferred * Reliable and punctual * Positive communication skills * Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle * NDIS Worker Screening Check * Working with Children Check/Blue Card where required * First Aid & CPR preferred * Australian work rights We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable working independently and genuinely enjoys helping people.
