Prime Steel Fabrications in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Office Manager and Bookkeeper to join our fabrication team. This full time role (7:30am–3:30pm) supports day-to-day operations, data entry, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.
You will manage office policies, HR onboarding, liaise with suppliers and clients, and drive process improvements while ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all financials. Prior Xero and MS Office expertise required.
