The Harvey Norman Auburn Flagship Store is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Cashier to join our Front of House team and help us deliver Great Service, Always!

n

As a Front of House Cashier at our flagship store, you’ll be one of the first and last people our customers interact with. You’ll create a welcoming environment, process transactions accurately and help ensure every customer receives professional and efficient service.

n

This is more than a traditional cashier position. Working at our Auburn flagship store means supporting customers, resolving enquiries and coordinating with departments across a large and fast-paced retail environment.

Your responsibilities

n

- Welcome customers to the Harvey Norman Auburn Flagship Store
n
- Deliver friendly, qualified and efficient Front of House service
n
- Process cash, card and other transactions accurately
n
- Operate the point-of-sale system and provide relevant documentation
n
- Respond to customer enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department
n
- Handle customer concerns calmly and work towards practical solutions
n
- Coordinate with sales, administration and management teams throughout the flagship store.
n
- Maintain an organised and professional Front of House area
n




- Follow cash-handling, security and store procedures
n
- Create a positive final impression for every flagship-store customer
n

- Cash-handling, POS or customer-service experience, which is desirable
n
- Flexibility across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late-night trade
