Junior Adventures Group is seeking a Service Manager for Kellyville OSHClub to lead a large Outside School Hours Care service. You will mentor Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators and Educators, drive high-quality educational programs and ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework.
You'll manage budgets, rosters and enrollments, prepare for Assessment & Rating, and foster a positive team culture focused on growth. The role is full time with dedicated admin time to focus on strategy.
