South Bunbury Community Aged Care is opening a current home in November 2026. We are seeking a proactive Concierge to be the welcoming face for residents and families, guiding admission and orientation processes with sensitivity and care.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Commissioning teams to ensure a seamless transition into residential aged care, manage waitlists, and coordinate tours while building strong relationships with hospitals, discharge planners and placement agencies.
