Community Living Options (CLO) is seeking a Youth Worker to support young people in a residential setting with gentle, trauma‐informed practices. You will provide direct day‐to‐day support, help create a secure and nurturing setting, and contribute to education, life skills and social development.
We offer 2:1 supports, part‐time shifts, induction and training, buddy shifts, and ongoing career development in a values‐driven organisation. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are welcome.
