Our client is building a high-impact Appian Delivery Squad to lead a business-critical transformation for a leading financial institution. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-impact transformation initiative and shape delivery from the ground up Were urgently seeking top-tier Appian professionals to fill four key roles :

1. Appian Squad Lead

n

Your role: Own and drive the delivery of Appian-based solutions across the full lifecycle. You'll work closely with Product Owners and client stakeholders, lead a multi-disciplinary team, and ensure alignment to Agile principles, business outcomes, and Appian best practice.

n

You'll need:

n

n
- Strong Agile delivery experience
n
- Proven leadership in Appian-based programs
n
- Excellent stakeholder communication and planning skills
n
- Experience across banking or regulated environments (preferred)
n

n

2. Appian Technical Analyst

n

Your role: Translate complex business needs into actionable Appian solutions. You'll own the end-to-end functional analysis, collaborate closely with developers, and ensure traceability from business requirements to implemented features.

n

You'll need:

n

n
- Deep experience mapping Appian platform capabilities to business needs
n
- Strong process modelling and documentation skills
n
- Experience working in Agile delivery teams
n
- Ability to engage directly with both business and tech stakeholders
n

n

3. Appian Lead Engineer

n

Your role:



Be the technical linchpin of the squad. Youll design and build scalable, secure, and performant Appian solutions, lead code reviews, and mentor developers across the platform.

n

You'll need:

n

n
- Advanced Appian design and development expertise
n
- Hands-on experience with Appian integrations, data models, interfaces, and process models
n
- DevOps, CI/CD and performance tuning experience (highly desirable)
n
- Appian Certification (preferred)
n

n

4. Appian Automation Lead

n

Your role: Champion the intelligent automation layer within the Appian platform. You'll drive automation strategies, integrate with external systems, and ensure the delivery of high-performing process solutions.

n

You'll need:

n

n
- Hands-on experience implementing Appian RPA, smart services, and automation APIs
n
- Strong background in BPM, workflow, or enterprise automation
n
- Experience identifying automation opportunities and scaling automation pipelines
n
- Ability to optimise processes for performance and maintainability
n
