In this pivotal role, you'll manage the full recruitment process for roles ranging from entry-level frontline staff to management and niche specialist positions. You'll deliver group information sessions, conduct tailored one-on-one interviews, and proactively headhunt to secure top talent in a competitive market.
What you'll be doing:
Source, screen and shortlist quality candidates for a variety of roles.
Facilitate engaging group information sessions to attract and inform candidates.
Conduct in-depth one-on-one interviews for niche and senior positions.
Proactively headhunt and build solid talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
Make confident recommendations and present top candidates to the General Manager for final interviews.




Support a positive candidate experience and contribute to a strong team culture.
What you'll bring:
Proven recruitment experience — ideally in high-volume, internal or employment services recruitment.
Excellent presentation skills — confident running group sessions and individual interviews.
Robust headhunting and proactive sourcing abilities.
