Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of older Australians? Regents Garden is seeking part-time Registered Nurses (RNs) and Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to join our team at the Four Seasons Aged Care Facility.

The Role n

As an RN or EN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the wellbeing of our residents through:

Delivering high-quality clinical care and support

- n

Supervising and mentoring care staff to ensure safe and effective practice

n
- n

Assisting with care planning, assessments, and documentation

n
- n

Promoting a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues

n

What We’re Looking For n

- n





Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse

n
- n

Previous aged care experience (preferred but not essential)

n
- n

Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

n
- n

Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach

n
- n
